I have spent the last 20 years working with students, professionals and organizational teams, creating partnerships that lead to increased career success and satisfaction. And while my goal is to help clients identify their needs and develop realistic steps to meet their goals, I am gratified to know that it’s not just my presentation or coaching skills that have made the difference, but that clients enjoy the levity and humor I bring to what is a challenging process. I understand what it takes to be vulnerable, put it all on the line to achieve success, and I build courage in my clients to navigate a winding road that leads to their ultimate career goals.
I am a mother who strives to be a role model to my kids while working hard to build a meaningful business motivating others to go after everything they want.
There’s nothing that makes me happier than hearing a client gain focus, motivation or clarity. It’s taken me a long time to get here but I couldn’t have done it without help. I believe in helping others reach their goals, too.

What Do I Do for Balance, Breath and Bodaciousness? Teach Pilates!
In my free time, I teach Pilates classes. I have been teaching since leg warmers and big hair were in style. My classes are an example of who I am as a professional; adaptable, approachable, and genuinely interested in the well being of my participants. Recently, I have had some injuries and they have taught me the importance of balance and listening. In an effort to practice what I preach, I use my Brain Based Leadership tactics to remain positive, keep a clear vision and continuously check-in on my progress. Whether it is in business or in your personal life, we need to continue to be adaptable, flexible and kind to ourselves.
